integration/flashbuilder/macosx folder contains "net" subfolder. That subfolder should not be there

The same is true for the "java" folder under integration/flashbuilder/macosx and under integration/flashbuilder/windows. The "java" folder should not be there, but instead the contents of "java" should show up directly under macosx or windows. So this is what it should look like:

/integration
    /flashbuilder
        /macosx
            setup
        /windows
            setup.exe
