WebServices browser does not show any services

Description

Configuration file includes the following webservice:
http://chapai.papchap.com:8080/PapchapWWW/DemoWS2?wsdl

However, with full install of WebORB, the Web Services node in the service browser does not show any child nodes when it is clicked.

His happens when you can not create the stub classes for this WEB-Service. For example, if he is unavailable.

It happens when you can not create the stub classes for this WEB-Service. For example, if he is unavailable. The browser displays the classes, not the URL.
I'll do that would display the url. It be substituted by class.
